Post ERA/EOB payments accurately and reconcile variances daily, keeping our clients' books trustworthy in real time.
Chase down aging claims with payers, resolve underpayments, and keep days-in-AR moving in the right direction.
Investigate denial root causes, file appeals, and feed patterns back to the team building our prevention rules.
Manage provider enrollment and payer credentialing end-to-end, keeping expirations and re-credentialing on schedule.
Guide new practices through implementation — data migration, system setup, and training — so go-live feels effortless.
Audit claims and workflows for accuracy and compliance, and help keep SimpliBill's rule engine honest.
